Aladdin Bail Bonds shares your concerns about privacy. This notice explains how Aladdin treats the nonpublic personal information of potential, current, and former consumers.

Information Collected

Prior to issuing a bail bond, Aladdin collects certain personal information about each bail bond applicant and/or consumer (“you”). The information is obtained from a variety of sources, such as from you in person, by telephone, or over the internet, from applications or other forms submitted by you, from credit/consumer reporting agencies, from others when Aladdin investigates claims, and from your transactions with Aladdin (such as claims, premium payments, account balance, and history). Information collected may include your name, address, contact information, driver’s license, social security number, employment information, credit rating, and other information necessary for Aladdin to assess the risk of the transaction, protect against fraud, or generally to effect, administer, or enforce the terms of the bail bond transaction.

How We Use & Protect Personal Information

Aladdin respects your privacy and protects your information. Aladdin has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place that comply with legal standards to protect your information from unauthorized access by third parties. Only authorized personnel of Aladdin, its affiliates, or service providers who need to know the information can access the information. (Examples may include but not be limited to accountants, underwriter personnel, auditors, and/or claims related investigation personnel, including but not limited to in-house or retained counsel and fugitive recovery agents). Rest assured we convey to our employees the need to protect your information, and require our service providers to keep consumer information confidential and to use it only to provide the services we have asked them to perform.

Aladdin does not sell your information to anyone, and does not share your information with any companies or organizations outside of Aladdin that would use it to contact you about their products and services. Please note, however, that Aladdin may without your consent share your information as permitted or required by law. This includes (1) providing all of the information we collect to companies that perform marketing services (including marketing surveys) on our behalf; (2) sharing information with non-affiliated service providers that assist Aladdin in servicing accounts, maintaining records or computer programs, evaluating risks (e.g., consumer reporting agencies), or other services necessary to administer the bond transaction; (3) sharing your information with Aladdin’s affiliates and/or third party vendors who share a common database and provide claims handling and investigation services; and (4) disclosing information to a court or government agency pursuant to a lawful request or as necessary to assist law enforcement or prevent fraud.
